What is the Process?

Coaches work with their clients on a wide range of goals. Coaching takes place mostly over the phone and face to face when local clients wish to.  All sessions are conducted in total confidentiality.  The client can stop the coaching process at any point.  The average number of sessions clients usually require is 12.

In an initial free consultation, the coach assesses the suitability of the client for life coaching and discusses potential goals.

You will then be sent a number of forms and questions to help you think and decide on your goals.

Following discussion with your coach, you will decide on your top priority goal and design an action plan to achieve it.  You will then choose and commit to your initial actions and begin working on achieving your goal and creating your future life.

In following sessions your coach will keep you on track with achieving your goal and provide catalytic input to keep you moving forward.  

During each session your coach will review progress made against your specific and realistic action plan.  You will discuss any barriers to your progress and you will be guided to find ways to overcome any issues or challenges. 

At all time, your coach will listen to you with complete focus, empathy, respect and will have full awareness of your great potential and all the things you can accomplish.  Though the use of several techniques and by examining with you your beliefs, your coach will keep you motivated, positive and enthusiastic about pursuing your goals.  Negative thoughts and low-self esteem will soon become a thing of the past for you. 

Towards the end of each session you will select the actions you wish to take to ensure continued progress towards achieving your most important goal.  Since the coaching relationship is based on focus and commitment, your coach will be completely focused and committed to your progress and will expect the same from you.  This level of commitment, respect and accountability from both yourself and your coach will be the key to your progress and success.  Together we will get you to move forward and never look back!

Once you are progressing well with your top priority goal, you will begin working on additional goals you wish to achieve.
